Discover the Work You Were Born to Do With This 12-Session Programme

Are you ready to take the first step towards a fulfilling and exciting career?

My programme of 12 structured sessions enables you to think deeply within yourself to get crystal clear on what you want from your career.

We achieve this through three distinct phases:

Explore – all about you.
Dream – encourages you to think way outside the box.
Discover – what is right for you, and commit to it.

Let’s explore how this programme can help you unlock your true potential.

The 12-Session Career transition Programme

This structured programme is divided into three distinct phases: Explore, Dream, and Discover. Each phase is carefully designed to help you understand yourself better, envision your ideal career, and develop a plan to make it a reality.

Phase 1

Explore

 with Supported Self-Investigation

In the Explore phase, we dive deep into understanding your personal and professional drivers. This phase is all about uncovering what truly makes you tick, both in life and in work.

Ideas Bank
We create an ideas bank, a space to capture any career possibilities that arise during the early weeks of the programme. This allows for a wide range of ideas to be evaluated later.

Phase 2

Dream

and Identify What’s Possible For You

The Dream phase is the creative heart of the programme. This is where we generate and expand on potential career paths without limits.

Expansive Thinking
Encourages you to think outside the box and explore all
possibilities, ensuring that you consider a wide range of career options.

No Constraints
We move beyond traditional career notions to imagine what is truly possible for you, focusing on aligning with your passions and strengths.

Phase 3

Discover

 and Commit to Your Future

The Discover phase focuses on narrowing down your options to the most promising career choices and creating a practical action plan.

Detailed Exploration
We thoroughly investigate your top career possibilities to ensure they align with your goals and values.

Action Plan
Develop a detailed, empowering action plan that turns your vision of an exciting and fulfilling career into a reality. This plan provides clear steps and strategies to help you achieve your career aspirations.

The Work of Byron Katie

As a facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie I guide individuals through a process of self-inquiry to overcome limiting beliefs and mental obstacles.  In short, I help you get out your own way
to see your thinking in a more positive light.
Do you experience stress in your life? Do you have a conflict with someone? A family member? Do you worry about events happening in the world?

Do you simply wish for peace, tranquility and freedom within yourself?

Thoughts determine how you perceive the world and yourself. By questioning your limiting beliefs, you will begin to experience things differently. More peace, more calm, more energy to get on with your life.

I offer this service at my office in Drogheda in a comfortable and calm environment. This session can be up to one hour, or a little longer if necessary – some things can’t be rushed.
